What is owner-contact enrichment, and how accurate is it?
Owner-contact enrichment is an optional, best-effort extra step: GeoLead visits a business's own website (homepage plus common contact/about pages) and tries to find an owner or contact name, a personal email and phone number, a personal address, and social media profile links.
This is never a guaranteed field — Google Maps has no owner-identity data at all, so everything here comes from whatever the business happens to publish on its own site. Results carry a confidence level (low/medium/high) and are always shown and exported in columns clearly marked "(Best-Effort)", separate from core listing data, so you never mistake an educated guess for verified information.
Enrichment can fail to find anything (no website, an unreachable site, or a site with no contact info) without affecting the rest of your search results — it's an optional add-on, never a requirement for a job to complete.
